As we watch the videos and pictures of the survivors in Moore, OK, it is impossible to not feel deep sadness and for most, deep compassion.
On this Memorial Day Weekend, as we give thanks for those who have gone before us to make sure our country is safe, let us also take a moment to send a blessing of love, hope and healing to those in Moore.

The Language of LOVE has no boundaries. When we center in our heart center and feel the love that is always there, we can send it forth to our loved ones that have passed and to those in Moore or to anyone else who is dealing with pain that results from disasters.

In this very moment, let us gather in love and first connect with an image of one we love deeply right now. Feel the depth of compassion that you have for this dear one. Know the reality of this love is transformative. And, now bring the survivors in Moore to mind. Send them this love from your heart. As we do this, we are helping them to heal. We are helping them to know the reality of love’s abiding presence even through this.
In this truth, we are all one and in this oneness, healing and recovery occurs.
