AS I MENTIONED YESTERDAY, AS YOU SEEK THE TRUE ESSENTIAL SELF THAT HAS BEEN WITH YOU SINCE BIRTH, THE THING OF BEAUTY THAT IS YOU……ALWAYS HAS BEEN YOU AND ALWAYS WILL BE YOU.

~ I draw on another teaching of Mark Nepo’s from his BOOK OF AWAKENING, PAGE 213:   “………….the instant we can accept what is not in our nature, rather than being distracted by all we think we could or should be, than all our inner resources are free to transform us into the particular self we are aching to be.”

I know that you can understand this truth. There is a pain within all of us, that is the same in all of us:  the longing of our authentic self to be set free on earth.

Today, I am going to give you an exercise to do in July. It may be the hardest thing you have ever, ever done.  The challenge is to tell your truth in this month that we celebrate freedom.

If someone asks you what you would like to eat or what movie you would like to see: Tell them!

If someone’s actions stimulate pain: tell them.

If someone’s actions bring JOY into your heart:  tell them.

If someone makes you feel envious: tell them what you like.

Tomorrow, I am going to talk about a communication technique that you can use to tell your truth.

For now, just imagine how free you will be when you no longer have to hide who you are.

This will change your life; this can change the world, one spoke truth at a time.
